Training Academy
Our Clinical Skills Academy (CSA) is a comprehensive training and development initiative that addresses the skill gaps and training needs of healthcare and social care professionals. By offering a blend of face-to-face clinical skills training and an innovative online learning platform, the Academy empowers professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. Our academy also delivers bespoke training for complex care clients. We focus on providing training that bridges the gap between the NHS and private care providers. Personal Health Budget
We offer the development of customised training sessions for your assistants (PAs), meticulously designed to align with your specific requirements and our expert training team. Collaborating closely with you, we will craft an individualised training plan for your PAs and deliver the course in person at your preferred location. All Personal Health Budget (PHB) training is entirely tailored to the client’s needs. Our primary objective is to ensure the client and their PAs receive the highest support standard, fostering a team of skilled, confident, and proficient staff.
Training can be conducted either at the individual’s home or at a location of their choice, scheduled at a time that accommodates their availability, including evenings and weekends. Beyond training, our nurse trainers can provide competency assessments, signoffs, ongoing clinical oversight, care planning, and risk assessment services to ensure comprehensive support.
Hospital Discharge & Rehabilitation
We provide comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals recovering from a stroke, those with acquired brain injuries, and elderly patients with mental health conditions who are medically fit for discharge but require additional support before returning home safely.
